Icered is redefining social media for the web 3.0 era by creating an interactive and immersive experience for community building and knowledge sharing in the new decentralized metaverse.
As a lead product designer, I collaborated closely with stakeholders, as well as both the back-end and front-end engineers.

As part of my research methodology, I have interviewed and researched NFT traders at all levels of experience, ranging from those who are new to the market to experts.
In order to create user-centric designs, I implement a combination of design system, user research, and persona development, which enables me to gain insights into the unique requirements of various user groups.
Based on the user interviews, it was discovered which methods people use to learn new technology, their knowledge on NFT, and what challenges they face while learning it.
The research results were used to generate personas, perform experiments, establish workflows, and build prototypes, which were then tested and improved through iterative processes. After analyzing the user research data, I identified two main user types, content creators and listeners, and identified their respective needs from our platform.
Our primary objective was to prioritize the release of the core features of the product in the market, followed by continuous quality improvement.
The design system provides flexible and modular design elements that can be easily integrated into new products and services, improving their quality and delivering better user experiences.
Allow creators to showcase their digital artwork, and other forms of digital assets as NFTs and connect with potential content creators, artists, buyers and collectors.
During the A/B testing, I identified issues with button placement and the flow in the video meeting, which has separate flows for moderators and listeners. In order for listeners to ask questions to the speakers, they need to obtain approval from the moderator. The moderator has a different interface than the listeners, allowing them to control the meeting by ending it or removing any abusive listeners.
When faced with ambiguity, take a step back and examine the problem from different angles. A fresh perspective can often reveal new insights and solutions. It's important to embrace ambiguity and stay open to possibilities, while also conducting research and actively listening to your users.
Being familiar with technical restrictions can help inform decisions and solutions, ensuring they are realistic and feasible. It's crucial to have a solid grasp of the technical aspects of a project or system, as well as any constraints or limitations, in order to deliver effective results.
